First class rubber air tube, with a complete range: long scraper pneumatic tires, flat roller pneumatic tires, and multi-curved pneumatic tires.
Squeegee pneumatic tires are divided into three types: room temperature, heat resistance and high temperature.
• The heat-resistant ≤100 degrees is mainly used for domestic low-speed paper machines.
• The heat-resistant ≤150 degrees is mainly used for domestic high-speed paper machines and general imported paper machines.
• The heat-resistant ≤240 degrees is mainly used for imported high-speed paper machines.
The number of curved airtube for multi-curved pneumatic tires ranges from one to four, the diameter ranges from φ80 to φ1000mm, and the load capacity can reach more than 30 tons.
• The standard size of conventional scraper pneumatic tire (the applicable range is guaranteed to be used within 100 degrees) specifications: 25mm, 30mm, 50mm. Withstand pressure of 8 kg.
• The standard size of high temperature scraper pneumatic tire (the applicable range is guaranteed within 230 degrees) specifications: 25mm, 30mm, 50mm. Withstand pressure of 10 kg.
This product is designed for use with scraper pneumatic tires for paper-making dryers, press rolls, stone rolls and other scraper pneumatic tires. Material size can be customized.
