Calendar machine is mainly used for the paper calendaring of card board paper, writing paper. The widest web can be up to 4000mm. Our calendar machine include hard calendar and soft calendar. Hard calendar:
1.To improve tightness, smoothless and glossiness of the sheet surface.
2.Control the thickness of the sheet.
3.Before getting into coating improve and control the paper roughness and porosity.
Soft calendar:
1.Increase the area and uniform the pressure of the nip.
2.To improve smoothless and glossiness of printing paper required.
3.Banner thickness control.
4.To improve the paper lateral uniformity and the difference of the paper on both sides.

Soft calender is the best grooming for the high-grade writing printing paper and the specialty paper. It reflects the latest calender technology of China. The soft calender is divided into four-roll double press area and two-roll single press area. The double press area soft calender is composed of two pairs of roll body installed on the steel frame structure.The soft and hard rolls are separately on the up and down of two press area. It could calender uniformly on both sides of the paper. It could also calender two times uniformly on the front or on the back.
